The program focuses on improving the ecosystem of IT service firms in the West Bank and Gaza. This will be achieved by providing seed grants to de-risk, encourage and enable the launch of new IT services companies in the West Bank and Gaza, establish new IT training providers and new HR service providers for the IT sector, in addition to providing matching grants to finance business basic infrastructure under four main windows:
